PROFILE:  Jamie is one the founders of Griffin Group Holdings, the largest Trustee Sale representative in the State of Nevada. Under Jamie’s guidance GGH has overcome tremendous challenges and has continued to be prosperous for GGH investors. With her dedication to excellence, GGH investors can have the utmost confidence that their investment will be well taken care of. Under her leadership, GGH has helped its investors successfully obtain well over one thousand properties in the year 2011.

 EXPERIENCE: Jamie’s years of experience in accounting, business, customer service, and real estate combined with her passion and commitment to succeed in this ever changing market has molded GGH as a major icon at Nevada Trustee Sale. Her experience includes:

·        Mastermind Investments, Las Vegas, NV:   Previous to the market crashing, Jamie had firsthand experience with Notice Of Defaults and coordinating real estate transactions from start to finish. It was then where Jamie and Jonathan began purchasing properties from homeowners who were in default before the home went to auction to avoid a foreclosure on their record.  It was then that idea of GGH was put into effect and, eventually created.        

·         Lake Mead Christian Academy, Henderson, NV:   As an assistant to the Chief Financial Officer, Jamie managed accounts payables, receivables, and payroll for a large non-denominational private school. With her background and secondary education in accounting, Jamie provides accurate bookkeeping for GGH’s investors and their individual accounting on each property purchased.

BJ is one the founders of GGH and continues to provide capable leadership, creativity and innovation.  Under his steady hand, GGH remains true to the core values that established it first as a trendsetter and then as a leader in its field.  Due in large part to BJ’s strategic thinking, vision and accountability, GGH has developed from concept to maturity and continues to provides timely, accurate and reliable information that is unparalleled in its field.    With his assistance, GGH during 2009-2010, helped its investors successfully obtain over one thousand properties on investments approaching $50,000,000.00 and returns that are unrivaled in the current Las Vegas real estate market. 

EXPERIENCE: BJ’s years of experience in business, customer service, mortgage banking and real estate combine with his technical credibility and problem solving skills to uniquely situate him for his position with GGH.  His experience includes:

        CCI Chemical Co., Las Vegas, NV:   Despite mission critical responsibilities at GGH, BJ continues to provide the benefit of his experience as a consultant to CCI Chemical Company -- an experience that not only allows CCI flourish in a down economy but which provides BJ with an external awareness necessary to keep GGH up-to-date on market and organization trends that have daily impacts in the fast-paced world of Las Vegas real estate today.  

·         Five Star Mortgage, Las Vegas NV:   As mortgage broker and sales manager for Five Star Mortgage, BJ acquired the in-depth knowledge of mortgage brokerage that he continues to so successfully apply on behalf of GGH’s clients.  Between 2003 and 2007, BJ was consistently Five Star’s top producer while simultaneously serving as asset manager for private investors and family trusts having a total value in excess of $10,000,000.00.  BJ credits his decisive problem solving proficiency to his years with Five Star. 

·         SMB Co., Henderson, NV:  It was while working with SMB where his duties included company foreman and additional responsibilities for coordination and development of sales that BJ honed his customer service and human capital management skills -- skills he calls upon daily in his role as Executive Vice President with GGH.
